Our platform uses credits as a payment method for image generation and processing. Different operations require different amounts of credits based on their complexity. You can purchase credit packs from our dashboard, and the credits will be deducted automatically when you use our services.
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI payments, and net banking for customers in India. For international customers, we accept major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
No, your credits do not expire under normal circumstances. However, if your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to expire unused credits after providing notice.
If an image generation fails due to technical issues on our end, such as server errors or model failures, the credits used for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account. Please note that failures resulting from violations of our terms of service or input limitations will not be eligible for refunds.
